I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

I didn't buy for looks or luxury, I bought for use and it has done a excellent job. I can carry plenty of gear and even have did some van camping.

I bought this car in the summer season of August 2004. Since, I thought i was the first one to get the car, because nobody had it. but, then in 2005, I started seeing some. This car is neat. It has Big Cargo space, and wide, big seats. It seats 10 people, including the driver seat. It can be used as anything. It's overall, it's worth the great amounts of money. It saves gas...it's diesel. And, but, the ride comfort isn't that well. There's a big, Whoosh Du Du Du noise, from the engine. As well as the seat. It isn't comfortable. It's more described as a minibus, or a mini bus.

I purchased my Tucson Hybrid sight unseen, but Javanie provided detailed videos that gave me complete confidence in both the vehicle and the transaction. Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.
