Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

This is for Ricart Business which is the site just across the street from the large new/used cars dealerships. This site repairs large business truck and motor homes. I have used their services for recalls and repairs on my Winnebago motorhome in ver past 3 years. The work is always first class and some has been warranty work without charge to me, and some non-warranty. The greatest thing about this part of Ricart(I don’t know the other part) is their warm and welcoming helpful way of doing business on phone and in person. They always want help me and do it right away and never make me feel like I’m interrupting them or they’re doing me a favor just to work for me. Can’t think of how to improve my experiences with them.

ON Aug. 21, 2023 I bought a 2023 Challenger R/T PLUS and traided in my 2018 Challneger R/T. The 2023 Challenger R/T plus I wanted had to be located. I told Teresa all I wanted in the car & I thought it would be quite a wile. Nope is was quicker then I thought. Teresa was very quick at locating what I was looking for, she came back with a few car options for me. I picked witch car I wanted and she was ontop of it. Within a couple days it was at the dealership ready to go. I was able to get the same sale price at the dealership and I got a fair price for my trade in. I even searched all over the internet for prices on my 2018 challenger to sell and performance was right there on the money. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
