My Cadillac had an issue with the sun shade. Manny diagnosed the problem and arranged for all the parts to be available in two days. He informed me that the repair would take two days. The vehicle was ready ahead of time. He even arranged for a rental for me. Very good service.

My salesman was Michael Meis at John Elway Cadillac, they treated me well. I purchased a used Tesla, they were the ONLY dealer that knew how to apply the IRS rebate up front. No hidden fees or scammy stuff. Michael Meis was great in sales as was Jonathan (manager) and the rest of the team, wonderful dealership experience which is rare these days.

Worked with Cosmin on a used Porsche Cayenne. Very friendly and professional salesman with a no-xx attitude. Didn't leave me waiting around excessively during price negotiation, and was willing to work with me to find a deal I was happy with. Finance was super quick and low-pressure, I didn't feel like I was being lambasted with upsells that I made clear I didn't want. Good stuff, Austin. Everything was good They took my car in at the time of my appointment . . It was to take a couple hours and they had someone take me to a store so I could do a little shopping while they worked on my car .

Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales associate and immediately assisted me over phone with a Jeep I have been eyeing for sometime. He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other.
