Mr. Flakes went above and beyond to ensure we were kept abreast of action, activities and fact finding during our decision-making and purchase of a 2024 CT5 Cadillac. He called to inform us of all changes and requirements to include the tire locks. My husband wanted to know if the CT5 Cadillac came with tire locks and Mr. Flakes stated the 2024 CT5 Cadillac did not have tire locks but locks could purchased for an additional fee. Mr. Flakes explained the tire locks would be a special order specifically for our CT5 Cadillac. Mr. Flakes placed our order immediately upon our request to purchase the tire locks. I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

I have owned this Escalade for a year. Very impressive. Car does what it was designed to do. Luxurious, powerful, comfortable. Most impressive. Gas mileage? No. But, that is not why I bought it. I am very pleased with the car. I grew up with Cadillacs (my Dad currently has three), drove Chevys for years, and now own my first Cadillac. There is a difference! The details, attention to quality, fit and finish, and that beautiful Cadillac crest make owning it special. So nice.

Customer service is outstanding, all the employees are extremely passionate about the cars. Went in for a test drive and they had the entire car spotless for me had a great drive and did not feel pressured into buying! Overall enjoyable experience

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

In the early 2000’s “we” bought our first Kia’s and our experience with service at other dealerships was less than satisfying , Then for routine maintenance we went to Serra Kia And the contrast was striking ! i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!
