Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I was really impressed. Thank you to Nick, Mike, Haley and the rest of the team.

So far very happy with it, just don't know if there is a remote garage door opener attached to the inside of the car as it was with my old Toyota on the sunscreen.

I recently bought a used car from Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA and had the best experience thanks to Robert Resende! He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.

We were looking at convertibles and the Buick Cascada checks all the the boxes. Great car for the money. Sharp, sporty, comfortable and drives very smooth.

I had a great overall experience at Le Mieux and Sons Toyota today with my purchase of a 2008 Toyota Highlander. The upfront pricing showing ALL costs for out the door price and the use of the Smartpath computer based program made for a very smooth buying process. I was never left wondering what was going on or what was being talked about as everything was within view on the screen to include offer updates. Adam was my sales person throughout the process and I would highly recommend him to members of my family in the future. The remainder of the staff that I encountered were very professional and maintained the schedule they briefed. Any changes to the plan were properly communicated and easily understood. Thank you very much, I felt like family without knowing any of you prior to walking through the door this morning.

We just recently purchased this used Cascada in great condition, so I have no long-term comments yet. But the observations from other reviewers are apt. Keep in mind that the Cascada is "a cruiser, not a bruiser". It's a great value compared to the few other 4-seat convertibles still available out there. It's very attractive, comfortable to drive and ride in, has an excellent insulated soft top and mechanism, comes loaded with many great features, has more interior room and trunk space then most others in its class, and overall it's a very nice ride. I have owned other recent Buick's, so hopefully all the infotainment buttons and controls will become familiar to me again soon. My main nitpick is I would prefer the wheels be a somewhat smaller profile size than 20-inch, but at least these are attractive. Will have more to share at a later time, but am very pleased so far.

Love the size and look of this convertible. Back seat is large enough to easily get into and out of. Only drawback is a very small trunk. It’s not my only car so I can live with a small trunk. Love this convertible.

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

Buick did a great job on designing this car. The body lines look great and interior is very attractive and comfortable. Loaded with great features.

Everyone was so helpful and we love our car. Our salespeson Atrianne was very caring and efficient. She stayed with us throughout the whole process.

We had a great buying experience with Larry and Will who were both very patient with my husband who is experiencing memory loss. We were also grateful for Larry's thoughtfulness of providing us we a full tank of gas and 'upgraded' floor mats.

The Buick Cascada was priced $20,000 less than the comparable BMW, Mercedes or Audi convertibles. It is an outstanding value and well worth the price.

My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

I was in town only to drop off my daughter at ISU when the check engine light came on. It was late, but they worked me in and addressed the problem. This was amazing and appreciated service, as I had a multiple hour drive back home. Thank you!

I bouth my Genesis at King- thougth it would be easier to service nearer to my home. Well worth the drive. Lacey even connected me with a salesperson to help fiquire on of the features on my vehicle. This car all met all my requirements. It's a very good convertible and its fun driving in summer with top open. It works well in winter as well, as the cabin is small, it gets heat up quickly.

Buick told us there will be no 2019 convertibles made. So far this is a great car. It looks fabulous and performs very well. It has adequate power and its handling is sweet.

Justin was very helpful and responsive. He negotiated to his best ability and admitted fault when he miscommunicated recall laws in TX on used cars. The process was quick and I was out in 30 minutes.

Buick Cascade convertible is the most reliable car, after having Volvos, Chevys, & Alphas. The numbers say its tops in reliability for all Buick models and the Brand is highly reliable across the board.

This car is a great convertible with a few flaws, The center stack of buttons is outdated, but the sexiness of the car makes up for that. Lots of safety on this car and the first thing to do is put get a extended warranty or Car Shield for help if needed.
