I currently still drive my 2005 Buick Lacrosse CXL. I currently have 145,000 miles on it. Car is mechanically sound given the high mileage I've put on it. The only major downfalls are the ABS wheel speed sensors and HUB assembly as well as the engine coolant leaks at the intake...which I will be doing next. I've replaced the front and rear HUB assembly. I do all the repairs on my car as well as break jobs. Over all I must say this car is very dependable. Remember to get the transmission fluid changed and flushed twice as often when you have high mileage. Remember to put your car in neutral when at stop lights as this will greatly lengthen the life of your transmission...especially with this car.

Brandon Tanner was our sales person. He was extremely helpful from the test drives to the actual pick-up of our Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. Brandon was very approachable, answered all questions and even looked into a question that he was not knowledgeable on. Brandon came in to ensure the vehicle was in perfect delivery condition and that we had a great sales experience. The level of service was so unique and appreciated. He entrusted us to Tequila who walked us through all the features of the Cross which we did not expect and appreciated. Tequila also walked us through the Toyota app and connected our phones. Let me not forget to mention our finance experience with Tai Nguynen This is always the least most favorite portion of purchasing. To our surprise the process was pleasant and all questions were answered. The use of the technology used for this transaction made the process faster. We will definitely refer anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to 5 Star Toyota! GO TEAM!

Car has alot of miles on it and it is still reliable to for my husband to drive back and forth to the DFW area.

When we called 2 days later asking if we could exchange it for another car on the lot and they said YES. I was very surprised that they were so accommodating. This car is great and only did normal things to fix it. 262000 miles and still going. It has been a great car wish I could buy another one.

When your parents - you want a rubber car for your children. So they can bounce off of cars, trees, etc, This was the second-best car... Large car with all the creature comforts in an upper end auto.

My second purchase from new 2 you ... 1st a silverado and now a ford work van.. Had a check engine light come on a couple months after purchase. Was told stop by so they can take a look.. easy fix.. Guys are great to work with Thanks for your help! Mike w.

A smooth riding highway cruiser. 3800 engine is reliable, but watch out for transmission issues. Poor city mileage, but excellent highway mileage. Annoying interior controls.

Great customer service, they helped me fix an issue that the finance company made. Unexpectedly Surprised! Jim, aka Turk, the 2nd generation owner of Diamond Jim’s is a 10 out of 10 and if the scale was out of 100, he would be a 100 out 100. Here’s my story: I have had over 35 Corvettes and had been looking for a 2015 Corvette - Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic - convertible - 7 speed manual for 18 months and finally found one and it was at Diamond Jim’s in Milwaukee, WI. I called and spoke with Jim and he suggested that we FaceTime and we did for it a good 20 minutes. Car was great except the tires were a little worn … not a problem … I put a deposit down and scheduled a flight from Southwest Florida to Milwaukee with the plans of driving it back 1,430 miles! 🤪 I have never flown cross country to buy a car before so I was a little nervous to say the least. We arrived at Diamond Jim’s and met Jim … the car was everything he said it was and better (fair price too)! This is when things turned to the unbelievable and quiet frankly, shocking … Jim said he felt uneasy selling me the Corvette with the slightly worn tires so he replaced them with brand new OEM exact factory replacement Michelin tires!! I have another, identical Corvette and recently replaced the tires on that one for a whopping $2,000!! 🫣 Jim apologized for not giving me a full tank of gas (it was 1/2 full) … I said, “Let me see, a full tank of gas or $2,000 worth new tires!!” He laughed and said the construction in front of his dealership prevented him from filling up the tank! He’s a true gentleman. Then, to add to this amazing person that I just met, Jim called us about 2 hours later during our drive home making sure that we were doing OK!! Lastly, we plan on buying another car within the next year and there is no doubt that we will call Jim, take his word for the description of the car, pay for it and ship it to Florida … we drove the 1,430 miles in 28 hours and we don’t plan on doing it again! 😁 I have been buying cars since the late 1970’s and I have never had a better experience than I did with Jim at Diamond Jim’s and I give them the highest recommendation possible!! 👍
