Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.

I will admit, the first time my husband and I came to your dealership, we felt judged and we left. We took our business elsewhere and bought a new vehicle. Although it was a few years ago, there was still some hesitation to visit your dealership BUT I'm glad we gave it another chance. Our experience was great and that's because of the welcoming environment the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the manager and finance person but most of all, the awesome customer service provided by Adie Smith. This car is perfect for road trips. It gets great gas mileage and is extremely comfortable. It's so much fun to drive we just want to keep going!!!!

Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.
