Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.

My husband and I went in looking for a Jeep and Yami was very knowledgeable and helpful the hole transaction went very smoothly. We left happy with our new Jeep and excited for the summer to go on adventures.

One if our best experiences buying a new vehicle. Lot was clean, easily accessible and had available parking. Decent inventory of vehicles to browse and consider. Wasn?t approached by the ?hoard? of sales people. Only one sales person approached us, Tyler. He was friendly, knowledgeable and as low pressure as a sales person could be. Showed us various models after asking us our needs and wants. Did not try to move into the higher priced stuff. Even pulled two exact models with different exterior colors side by side so we could compare. Sales process, which usually is horrific, was pleasant. Some back and forth on rates and terms but not terrible. No high pressure from the finance office, no intimidation, no games. Actually enjoyed the entire process. Would highly recommend AutoNation GMC/ Buick West.

I will admit, the first time my husband and I came to your dealership, we felt judged and we left. We took our business elsewhere and bought a new vehicle. Although it was a few years ago, there was still some hesitation to visit your dealership BUT I'm glad we gave it another chance. Our experience was great and that's because of the welcoming environment the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the manager and finance person but most of all, the awesome customer service provided by Adie Smith. Her professionalism and respect played a role in our decision making (it really did). Thank you for making us feel welcome and for the great service Adie. After researching various car sales service I found the service, guidance and communication with sales person, Robert to be excellent. He was an asset in searching the AutoNation inventory to find us the best match and value.

Overall, it was a very smooth process when I recently purchased my new Buick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there were two documents from the finance department that were forgotten/overlooked that caused a little difficulty for me.

Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.
