I’ve been sourcing cars on demand for over 8 years, and I can spot showroom polish versus real condition. Stopped by to check out a 2021 GMC Yukon. Ran the VIN, used a paint meter, inspected under the hood. Not a single excuse, not a single attempt to hide anything. They provided the Carfax, service history, even let me take it for an independent inspection for an hour.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Great experience purchasing a new Buick Encore GX from a great team. Hugh Middleton was great to work with and he was patient as he explained the process and the numbers and he and his management were great at crafting a deal that was extremely reasonable and the process was smooth and efficient and I was in and out of the dealership in what for me was record time.
