Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

As I thought about impressed I was by the sales representative, I decided to drive down the next day to check out the car. In person, the car was much sharper than I expected and we made the deal!

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I had the best customer service experience on my last visit. The techs explained in detail what work needed to get done on my vehicle. Gigi was great and made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Dropped in late in the day on a Friday. Mike was extremely helpful, took time with us and never pushy, (which will always push me right out the ) Everyone was super helpful, and we drove away in our “new” used truck, very satisfied with condition and price. It was already a clean vehicle, but Mike even took it for a nice wash before handing us the keys. Highly recommend checking them out before buying.

My second X3 and love it more than the first!I especially like driving in the sport mode. Great feel and ride and the gas mileage stays about the same.

Bought a 2017 searra gmc month and half ago, I am very disappointed in I have to replace brakes you would think that it would have been looked at .for a dealer that's been around I would think this would have been addressed before I purchased the truck thanks unsatisfied

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Great communication, had the car ready when I got there to test drive, and did everything possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. He even delivered the car to me. He went above and beyond. Well I can't give a full review cause I have to take my car to be serviced this Thursday. Just a day after getting the Vet home the "check engine light" came on. Yes I had to sign lots of "as-is" papers. So I have not gotten to drive it much. But Mike did a great job of doing the test drive and paper work.

I was given a 2007 BMW x3 3.0si 6mt about a year ago. It was given to me with a blown power steering line after a local shop had destroyed the rack trying to remove it. After about $1000 in parts to get the steering rack fixed (kind of complicated component in the 6mt as it’s different than the others), this is easily one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. I liked this truck so much that I made it full bolt on within a month of driving it and have enjoyed every moment. As per all BMWs, I recommend you do all the preventive maintenance before you buy, but at 120k miles I can say it’s been a blast! I totally get what BMW was going for I this thing and it’s been a pleasure. Highly recommend the 6mt E83
