We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I had a tire punctured by debris from a new construction spot, causing my tire to go flat on Labor Day Weekend. I was stressed as this all happened, while I was out showing homes to clients. Audi Denver sent their repair guys out and they got me back on the road. Very happy with Audi Denver. Jared is always helpful too in the service department.

As a proud BMW owner since mid-eighties, to include owning a 2001 E-53 X5 while stationed overseas; the 2011 X5 50i is one of the best-looking and best performing BMW SUV we've owned (especially with sport activity package, adaptive drive, and dynamic stability control). In 2011, our newly purchased X5 E70 with MSRP of over $80K, was loaded with all BMW options offered, expect active cruise control. When we recently purchased a BMW X7, the BMW dealer trade offer was low, so we decided to keep our X5 with only 48.8K miles, my wife loves it. The only major repairs we have done so far are to replace the oil pan gasket (due to a small leak), and a couple of new batteries. The X5 still runs like new, and we plan to keep it as long as possible.

What a fantastic experience! AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe never ceases to impress. I went in to have some maintenance and troubleshooting done and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. My customer service rep Chris was phenomenal!! He understood my financial constraints and we worked through the options and found the most I could get done for the money I had. Just a really enjoyable experience...AND they got done 2 hours prior to expectations!! Definitely will be back!!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I walked in during lunch time and was greeted immediately by Sam. I was a little iffy because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for but Sam took the time with me. We identified a possible vehicle and I decided to come back after work. Sam had the car ready for me and addressed something that I had noted earlier in the day. He was finishing up with some clients and had Paul (I believe it was) take me on a test drive. I decided to move forward, I let them know that there were some challenges and they didn't flinch. Paul and I went over the specifics and he moved it along to the finance manager, Frenchy. Sam was able to join us again and we got an approval. It was all very smooth and painless. I returned the next day to drop off a check and pick up the car. Sam had it waiting in the delivery Bay and presented it to me, which was a nice touch! He helped me set up the Audi app and connect it to the car. They were great and everything was perfect! Probably the least stressful car buying experience I've had.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Prestige went to long lengths to find the right car (my wife will ONLY drive a stick, drives me crazy!). No manuals on the lot, so they sought the countryside to get just the right one. I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!
