I love my Laurel BMW dealership.
I love my Laurel BMW dealership. However, I cannot review the quality of repairs on this new car because I had a major complete shutdown of my system last Wednesday. This is why my brand new X7 was towed (after waiting over 2 hours for your SOS to get a tow truck to me - I was only 10 minutes from my dealer). Apparently my car needed a complete reprogramming of the computer system that runs my car. Seems to be fine now but leaves me feeling very unsure of the car and the intense amount of computerized systems in it. Not a secure feeling since this shutdown came with absolutely no warning. Very grateful I was not on the freeway.

Good experience! Mike got me in for my regular service and any additional items that might arise. Turned out my tires would need to be replaced soon. Decided to get them and Mike took care of everything. Got me a ride home and back. Car was ready on time. Thank you Motorwerks for great service!
