Receiving the first annual service for my new car was
Receiving the first annual service for my new car was overall a very pleasant experience. When entering the garage, the screen that bears your name, the service agent’s name and your car model wasn’t working in the lane I used, which was a bit of a disappointment, however, I was happy to know that Alexandra was my service agent. Initially the gentleman who met me in the garage, asked me to leave my keys in the car (I thought that BMW must have a master key of some sort), as I have Auto-lock. Fortunately, I brought a second set of keys. Alexandra met me in the lobby and we finished going through the documents. She was very kind and thoughtful. She gave me an expected time for my car to be finished, including a hand wash (I have a ceramic coating) and I received her text at the exact time she stated. Alexandra ordered a recall part for me and will call me when it arrives to schedule an appointment, including a loaner car, as they will need it overnight. The environment and the employees seem very calm and pleasant. It has always been a pleasure to deal with both BMW sales and service.
