We visited BMW Northwest last week just to wander through the lot, not with the intentions of making a purchase, but simply to check out the inventory. But we actually purchased a beautiful X1 and have no remorse. John came out and greeted us, asked and answered questions, and assisted us as we made our decision. He was very helpful, not one bit high-pressure, and made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Even Mark, the “oft-dreaded “ financial guy was easy-going, and helped us work out a financial plan we are happy with. And last, but not least, we would like to thank Tatiana, one of their product specialists (Genius). If it’s been a while since you purchased a new vehicle, you’d be amazed at how sophisticated their operating systems now are. Tatiana skillfully and patiently helped us get our X1 configured and customized for us. BMW is a great dealership! Make sure you check out the BMW museum while you’re there. All representatives work in that location are friendly and helpful! The representative even help me fixed a small problem with my door! Always good to go there when service is needed.

Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. He took care of most of the paper work over the phone and had me in and out the next day in no time. Would recommend to anyone!
