The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

Best dealership hands down. Brandon assisted me all the way through the process. They had the my dream car and help me get it with no problems. I went three other dealers first and they all tried to take advantage of me! I would recommend these guys for everybody?

Unfortunately, we couldn’t finalize the deal as the vehicle had a damaged part that they weren’t able to replace, but they did offer me a small discount to accommodate the issue, which I genuinely appreciated. However, since I’m investing over $50K in a car, I preferred to have it delivered fully fixed, so I decided to put the purchase on hold to explore other options. That did affect how long the process took and, admittedly, the vehicle?s detailing could?ve been better, it appeared rushed and lacked the attention to detail I had hoped for, but I get it. When you're managing high volume and tight timelines, some details may slip. As someone who works in a fast-paced business environment, I can appreciate the pressure and complexity involved. One small inconvenience was the recent implementation of a 3% credit card fee for down payments. Since I?ve always used my credit card before, I had to switch to debit this time. Unfortunately, due to my bank's safety limits, the full amount didn?t go through and I had to return the next business day to complete the transaction. While inconvenient, I completely understand the business decision to pass on merchant fees?something we?re seeing more frequently as companies face increasing financial pressure. Despite all that, what matters most to me is the consistency and integrity of this dealership. I keep coming back because I trust the team, and seeing familiar faces each time is a strong sign that Global Imports BMW values its staff?something that reflects directly in the customer experience.
