Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Bought two previous BMW?s from Robert Grass at Valencia BMW. My 2016 BMW X3 was getting tired, and I was looking around at all the other alternatives available to me for a small SUV. After months of research, another BMW X3 was my obvious choice. I called Robert and made an appointment to come in. Robert went over the inventory and prices with me and I decided to trade mine in for a new 2024 model. We have had the car for over a week now and love it. Robert and the staff at Valencia BMW were amazing as usual. The buying process was easy right down to Jennifer in finance and Tony who spent time with me after the sale explaining all the new technology.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

I bought my first BMW from Russell, who was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I'm very particular with my vehicles, so I may not always be the easiest of customers, but Russell saw to it that I was 110% satisfied with my new car and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to buy from him. While my overall experience was positive, I can't say the same for my interactions with the finance team. Be cautious when discussing add-ons, as their sales tactics can be misleading or overly aggressive. Make sure to research thoroughly before agreeing to anything. All in all, I would definitely work with Russell again if and when I get into my next BMW.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

The delivery of the car was the best service- Mario helped me to download the app and showed me all

First SUV. This X5 is the best. Looks, ride, technology , athletic, and base motor is strong. This is my 6th BMW they just keep getting better..

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.

Leo, the used car manager, was also very helpful and offered me a very competitive and fair trade-in offer on my used Tesla. Nancy in finance was very informative and made sure all of my needs were met. Overall, I am extremely pleased and happy with my experience at Rusnak BMW and plan to be a repeat customer. We walked into SM BMW only looking to test drive the new 228i. Knowing that we wanted a manual transmission, we knew we'd have to order the car. We planned to play a few dealerships against one another to get the best deal. After talking for a few minutes about what we specifically were looking for, our rep informed us they had a brand new 328i that fit the bill. We looked at it, and even though it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, it was exactly what we really wanted! We made out like bandits on the deal, as BMW's with manual transmissions aren't exactly what the average buying is looking for, but it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The car is loaded up with all the options, and 6 months in we couldn't be happier with it. First service was easy to schedule, they provided a loaner car that was comparable to our car (automatic tho) and it was ready on time. I highly recommend this dealership, Achilles, our advisor, and BMW in general. This is my 5th BMW, but first from this dealership, I'm already planning on #6, and it will be from Santa Monica BMW!

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
