Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Bought a used car from them and the whole process was very painless, they weren?t pushy on any add ons, provided me an out the door price before I ever entered the building via email, and overall were very kind and considerate in getting me set up with a car that day.

That did affect how long the process took and, admittedly, the vehicle?s detailing could?ve been better, it appeared rushed and lacked the attention to detail I had hoped for, but I get it. When you're managing high volume and tight timelines, some details may slip. As someone who works in a fast-paced business environment, I can appreciate the pressure and complexity involved. One small inconvenience was the recent implementation of a 3% credit card fee for down payments. Since I?ve always used my credit card before, I had to switch to debit this time. Unfortunately, due to my bank's safety limits, the full amount didn?t go through and I had to return the next business day to complete the transaction. While inconvenient, I completely understand the business decision to pass on merchant fees?something we?re seeing more frequently as companies face increasing financial pressure. Despite all that, what matters most to me is the consistency and integrity of this dealership. I keep coming back because I trust the team, and seeing familiar faces each time is a strong sign that Global Imports BMW values its staff?something that reflects directly in the customer experience. Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

Travis and now Mark made buying my new BMW seamless despite me living in SC. New car is great. Love assisted driving option and cooled seats.

First SUV. This X5 is the best. Looks, ride, technology , athletic, and base motor is strong. This is my 6th BMW they just keep getting better..

Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. Check them out ask for Terrance in sales and Desmond in service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
