Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

2025 BMW X5 xDrive40i review
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i.
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

Was looking for a used BMW X5 and saw one on that they had listed on the internet. Made contact and they promptly got back with me on same thru emails and phone calls. Car was priced right and made a deal. Since out of town, flew in to Dallas where they had a Lyft driver lined up who took me to the dealership and met in person Nawal Maysi who had been helping me. Went over the vehicle and took a test drive with everything that Nawal had told me about the vehicle being correct and closed on the deal. Was on the road driving the BMW back in no time. Highly recommend them and Nawal!

Negotiating a vehicle is the most dreaded part of car buying. I contacted Aldo Ordaz on Monday with the vehicle details and discount request. Aldo accepted the deal and trade value I requested and had my X5 ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. I drove up from Houston, completed the paperwork and was in and out in a reasonable time. A trained representative sat in the vehicle and patiently explained all the options and their use to me and my husband. WOW! The technology is amazing! Get the Wallboard product that allows you to easily roll service advertisements and specials while guest watch a show. You will upsell while they wait. I can do all of that for you....

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.
