I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from David at Audi West Houston, and the entire process was exceptionally efficient?completed in just about 1.5 hours from start to finish. I would consider that remarkably fast for a car purchase! I highly recommend this dealership. While I may not recall every name, every team member I encountered was professional, courteous, and made the experience truly enjoyable.

Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

The staff and vehicle are very nice. I will buy again from this dealership. They deserve the fifth star rating . Especially, bmw of west Houston.

After have had Mercedes since 1985 this is my First BMW. My 2024 x5 is a winner. I love almost all of it.. The only issue is the seats are not as good as the GLE Mercecedes. The Dealership is the Best!!! Avery and Gregg are as nice as they could be...

Though I initially came looking for a different vehicle, the selection on the lot was impeccable and I ultimately ended up buying a Mercedes C 300. Todd, my salesman was the best!!! Not only was informative but he was also kind and patient. He allowed me to take my time and truly feel comfortable with the purchase. I never felt pressured or hurried. His attention to detail was impressive as well. He helped to compare my options which landed me in the car of my dreams. The finance team explained all of my options and helped me make a decision that was not only financially comfortable, but also financially sound. I wish I could give BMW Woodlands 10 stars!!!

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.
