Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

There was a misunderstanding in regards to the online pricing, but Jeremy reached out to me and we straightened it out. I had been looking to lease a car for the past few months and after countless dealership visits, I came across Rallye. I was in contact with Robert Chae one day prior to purchasing a car from another BMW dealership in Connecticut and I am so glad that my call was forwarded it to him. Because I purchased out of state (first time doing so), it was honestly such a headache but he truly helped so much and I was able to get my amazing car at a great deal. He not only went above and beyond to assist (worked all day on his day off so I could get my car the next day) but he was also honest which I very much appreciated considering I've had less luck with other car sales men. The dealership itself is massive and they have a great selection and in my opinion the prices can't be beat. If you're looking to purchase or lease, highly recommend checking them out and dealing with Robert Chae- he truly is the best and my fiancé and I can't wait till we go back for another car!
