Before you buy any BMW older than 2018, check out the Isley V BMW lawsuit. You will find the V8 in all pre 2018 BMW's to be problematic for oil leaks and valve stem failures due to defective engine design and excessive heat. I have this X5 with the V8 and it's a wonderful car to drive and look at. It's my 5th BMW and by far the most reliable. Unfortunately, even with all the meticulous care, my car has experienced the oil leak and smoking exhaust, just like all the N63 & N63TU engines through 2018 will experience this problem and the cost to repair exceeds $20K from the dealer. If you find one that had the valve stem seals replaced, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, it's a great vehicle in many ways.

Plenty of legroom In the back; smooth ride. Love the split hatch. The interior is gorgeous and the ambient light features are really nice. Drives really well and it’s great that it tows close to 6,000lbs!

Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.

Our experience was very positive. We went to the Dealership on 3-3-2025, spoke with salesman Brian McFadden. He was very pleasant and professional. We selected a vehicle to test drive, we liked it and made arrangements to purchase it. We liked the no nonsense, hassle free car buying. They gave us exact figures on the total price of the vehicle, we went to the back and obtained a cashiers check for the amount of the car out the door and drove away in our newer car. The listing indicated the vehicle had been in an accident. I emailed the dealer asking for the details. I received a reply that did not address the accident. I renewed my request. I received another reply from a different agent that did not address the accident. I renewed my request again and this agent promptly sent me the Carfax. He was very responsive and while after looking at the Carfax I decided to pass, I asked him to keep an eye out for the vehicle I am looking for.

Be advised I haven't purchased a vehicle from these people yet, but please be careful with reading reviews. Usually when people that a bad experience they are 100 times more likely to leave a negative post than then a person has a good to hear experience.
