Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

Went to get my windshield replaced and my wheels fixed. It was fast and I loved the service guy Alan. I will deonfintely come back

However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Buena Park BMW went above and beyond for us. We got an excellent deal on the car and their service and attention to detail for us were exceptional. They spent ample time going over every button in the car and explaining to us how everything works. In addition, we were provided an 800 number to call if we had any additional questions which of course I did after driving the car a day or two. And that 800 service line was also so valuable. I haven?t had a BMW for 10 years. My husband and I knew we wanted a hybrid and we test drove every highbred in the luxury category. After a lot of research and test driving we settled on the BMW X5 hybrid. We are so happy with the car and how it drives and feels. We purchased an X5 plug-hybrid Fantastic car.
