I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. For context, I currently own 4 M-B vehicles and have owned at least 1M-B vehicle for 50+ years. Last year I bought a new 2024 AMG EQE?it is nice, pretty and a pleasure to drive; however, the fit and finish has not been up to M-B standards, imo. We had to have the entire dashboard realigned. It has now been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks to fix a software and/or sensor glitch. A part had to be ordered from Germany?that took a week. Another part had to be installed?that took a week. While the dealership personnel have been nice, we have been in a loaner for a week, plus.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! West Herr got me out of emergency pickle while in surgery recovery. Mustang pulled out of 3 yr storage for needed airbag recall to pass inspection, to renew registration then back into storage for another 2+ yrs. Narrow open window of opportunity to replace airbags to renew reg. All went smoothly. Zero complaints of any kind. Needed extra care w knowledge to perform recall. Normally took car to car shows. Very stress free experience. Highly recommend West Herr. Parts, service, vehicle purchases over years for entire family been fantastic!
