Even on his day off, he took the time to respond to my inquiries and ensured I was well taken care of. That level of commitment and leadership does not go unnoticed. Yes, the dealership was extremely busy?understandable considering the recent announcement about upcoming price increases due to new tariffs. That did affect how long the process took and, admittedly, the vehicle?s detailing could?ve been better, it appeared rushed and lacked the attention to detail I had hoped for, but I get it. When you're managing high volume and tight timelines, some details may slip. As someone who works in a fast-paced business environment, I can appreciate the pressure and complexity involved. One small inconvenience was the recent implementation of a 3% credit card fee for down payments. Since I?ve always used my credit card before, I had to switch to debit this time. Unfortunately, due to my bank's safety limits, the full amount didn?t go through and I had to return the next business day to complete the transaction. While inconvenient, I completely understand the business decision to pass on merchant fees?something we?re seeing more frequently as companies face increasing financial pressure. Despite all that, what matters most to me is the consistency and integrity of this dealership. I keep coming back because I trust the team, and seeing familiar faces each time is a strong sign that Global Imports BMW values its staff?something that reflects directly in the customer experience. I purchased my car from United BWW and I absolutely love it. All questions were answered and needed information was provided prior to the purchase. They even filled my first tank of gas!! The service was impeccable. I spent a while looking and making my decision for a new car and finally found the combination that I wanted. The car looked beautiful in person as it did in pictures.
