This new X5 is the 3rd BMW we bought from BMW of Mountain View. From specifying what we want, to the ordering and delivery process, to the services years following that, they are there for us, well, even when I screwed up big time. This round, the sale guy Rayan Simian was there to listen to me to solidify the order. He followed through from the factory to delivery a couple of days ago. My needs are taken care of. The finance guy G was also very good in helping me navigating the flexible plans for service and line up the finance.
