Routine service was a streamlined process from start to finish. Making the appointment through their website was a breeze. I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled time and was told the wait was going to be no more than 2 hours. Sure enough I was already on my way 90 minutes later. Speedy service. No surprises. The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Sean made my experience seamless! He provided me with transportation to and from the facility following a flat tire. Even though the service center was incredibly busy he fit me in and completed not only the tire change but an oil change and brake replacement.

Used to like working on my cars myself but professional techs with clean bright facilities and premium tools is so much easier. My decade long experience with Towson BMW has been very smooth and feels like the techs treat my car like their own. My BMW is very nice. The drivetrain and build quality seem very high and it''s important for me that my car always feel special and that everything functions as designed and as new.
