Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Used to like working on my cars myself but professional techs with clean bright facilities and premium tools is so much easier. My decade long experience with Towson BMW has been very smooth and feels like the techs treat my car like their own. My BMW is very nice. The drivetrain and build quality seem very high and it''s important for me that my car always feel special and that everything functions as designed and as new.
