After months of research, another BMW X3 was my obvious choice. I called Robert and made an appointment to come in. Robert went over the inventory and prices with me and I decided to trade mine in for a new 2024 model. We have had the car for over a week now and love it. Robert and the staff at Valencia BMW were amazing as usual. I bought my first BMW from Russell, who was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I'm very particular with my vehicles, so I may not always be the easiest of customers, but Russell saw to it that I was 110% satisfied with my new car and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to buy from him. While my overall experience was positive, I can't say the same for my interactions with the finance team. Be cautious when discussing add-ons, as their sales tactics can be misleading or overly aggressive. Make sure to research thoroughly before agreeing to anything. All in all, I would definitely work with Russell again if and when I get into my next BMW.
