Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

We visited BMW Northwest last week just to wander through the lot, not with the intentions of making a purchase, but simply to check out the inventory. But we actually purchased a beautiful X1 and have no remorse. John came out and greeted us, asked and answered questions, and assisted us as we made our decision. He was very helpful, not one bit high-pressure, and made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Even Mark, the “oft-dreaded “ financial guy was easy-going, and helped us work out a financial plan we are happy with. And last, but not least, we would like to thank Tatiana, one of their product specialists (Genius). If it’s been a while since you purchased a new vehicle, you’d be amazed at how sophisticated their operating systems now are. Tatiana skillfully and patiently helped us get our X1 configured and customized for us. BMW is a great dealership! Make sure you check out the BMW museum while you’re there. I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Buying a new BMW here was a no pressure, casual affair. There was no high pressure. We used the Costco auto program and got the discounted detailed price for every option that we wanted.

Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive.
