Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Severo was an excellent service specialist. He kept me up to date on the progress, explained all the work that was being done and why it needed to be done and had the technician check in with a video. He was fabulous and I will want to work with him in the future.

Was looking for a used BMW X5 and saw one on that they had listed on the internet. Made contact and they promptly got back with me on same thru emails and phone calls. Car was priced right and made a deal. Since out of town, flew in to Dallas where they had a Lyft driver lined up who took me to the dealership and met in person Nawal Maysi who had been helping me. Went over the vehicle and took a test drive with everything that Nawal had told me about the vehicle being correct and closed on the deal. Was on the road driving the BMW back in no time. Highly recommend them and Nawal!

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.

Negotiating a vehicle is the most dreaded part of car buying. I contacted Aldo Ordaz on Monday with the vehicle details and discount request. Aldo accepted the deal and trade value I requested and had my X5 ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. I drove up from Houston, completed the paperwork and was in and out in a reasonable time. A trained representative sat in the vehicle and patiently explained all the options and their use to me and my husband. WOW! The technology is amazing! Finance was a breeze and Aldo helped take our family picture with our new X5 before we left. Everyone in this process was happy to help and shared in our new car excitement! A special thank you to everyone who assisted in our purchase and especially thankful for Aldo who came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. Jermal was a fantastic salesperson. Had all the car facts, provided plenty of reading materials to make an informed decision and never once felt the pressure to buy anything. Hated the whole process from the time I received the call til the time I purchased the vehicle. Sales rep Courtenay Royal was pleasant and was only doing his job but there was no way in xxxx I should have been there as long as I was for a cash purchase and there was also no reason for 3 months of bank?s statements should have been requested for a cash purchase and I wasn?t asked for that information until y?all got my cashiers check. Granted i refused to provide that information to y?all bc it wasn?t needed yall just wanted to see if I had the money in the bank as if the cashier check was fake very insulting. 5 stars to the sales rep but not the experience.
