I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. This dealership has the best staff. I got to work with JR - William Guevara who is absolutely wonderful. He is nice, always smiling and that is what we want when we walk into a dealership to get our car serviced at 7am! JR is such a gem, everytime I deal with him, he makes me feel valued and that my business there matters.
