I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. This dealership has the best staff. I got to work with JR - William Guevara who is absolutely wonderful. He is nice, always smiling and that is what we want when we walk into a dealership to get our car serviced at 7am! JR is such a gem, everytime I deal with him, he makes me feel valued and that my business there matters. He goes above and beyond whether is it to come check on me while waiting for my car to be done or carrying my kids seats to the loaner vehicle. Again, Thank you JR for all you do.
