I brought my car in for inspection Feburary 2025. My service rep was Jamie. She is the best of the best. She kept me informed of my cars progress coming over to me telling me what I need for inspection and to further my cars life. What I like she made suggestions and was not forceful trying to make you buy. I had fast service and the building is clean. I recommend Sloan and their service Rep Jamie to all.

He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. I am grateful and would highly recommend this dealership and will look to them for help with our three BMWs.

Michael was kind, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get things to work for us and our budget. Just purchased my 2nd car from Hatfield location. Very pleased with how the salesman handled the transaction. Since I am financing my car they got me a good finance rate. A few minor items that needed to be done and when I returned to their service dept they handled them promptly and were very pleasant. Very satisfied customer!!

Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team.
