I love my Laurel BMW dealership. However, I cannot review the quality of repairs on this new car because I had a major complete shutdown of my system last Wednesday. This is why my brand new X7 was towed (after waiting over 2 hours for your SOS to get a tow truck to me - I was only 10 minutes from my dealer). Apparently my car needed a complete reprogramming of the computer system that runs my car. Seems to be fine now but leaves me feeling very unsure of the car and the intense amount of computerized systems in it. Not a secure feeling since this shutdown came with absolutely no warning. Very grateful I was not on the freeway.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW build, and Alan Sahagian was great to work with. He was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on. Very seamless and non adversarial in coming to an agreement.

Excellent quality of fit and finish everywhere. Excellent handling for a crossover. M seats and adjustments are outstanding. Driving this X2 feels like a much smaller vehicle than it is -- which is a compliment to BMW excellence.

All work required to make my vehicle repairs and checks complete and correct we’re performed to my total satisfaction while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area as work was supervised under the outstanding guidance of Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. As a regular customer at the service department I always ask for the consistently courteous and flawless management of my vehicle requests by Oscar Galatia. Under Oscar’s guidance from his earliest work with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to date, I never have had to return to him with a complaint that the work had been done poorly, with mistakes made, or required work not having been done at all. Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. He also has a pleasing and satisfying way of dealing with all of his customers whom I have observed close up when I have regularly waited with other customers to have their vehicles worked on and returned. Originally had no intention of purchasing a BMW, however, I saw it at COSTCO, looked at the price and it was comparable to another make of vehicle on the same line as the BMW X2, but for a lower price. Knowing the BMW reputation, I decided to go look.

I’m bought my first Toyota car in 1992 from Schaumburg Toyota. I just recently purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 from Schaumburg Toyota and I love it. At Schaumburg Toyota they treat you well and make the purchase a wonderful experience. Alejandro Garay was my salesman and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.
