As my wife and I approached the car we had our eyes on, we were delighted to see that a dealer had unlocked the car from the remote so we could check it out. Once we were in the car we fell in love with it. As I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration in the steering and after mentioning it to the team they pulled it into their shop and fixed it on the spot. I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

Awesome experience. My husband and I looked at practically every mid size SUV Known to man. Of all the dealerships we visited and all the sales personell we met (including two other far substandard VW dealerships), McDonalds VW ranked #1! The most respectful and helpful sales personell! Tanner and Atticus were both polished, kind, patient, and highly intelligent in their sales positions. I had come to accept that I would have to settle for a VW package that wasn’t quite what I wanted, but Tanner saved the day and delivered (within 24 hours) with my dream car!! Cory (finance manager) worked very hard and truly went above and beyond to earn our business. What an amazing group!! Would highly recommend!!!

Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻‍♀️

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.

We found a car we liked online and went and looked. We were able to take the car for a test drive, the price matched what we had in mind, so we bought it. We had pre-approved financing through USAA, so that made it even easier. We'll be back.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! Its too soon to know about reliability but the performance is outstanding. It maneuvers beautifully in city traffic as well as interstate driving. It is quiet and feels put together well.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

Very responsive, quick to reply. Unfortunately the price on the vehicle changes every day, depending on possible tariff threat’s. I can’t deal with fluctuations like that.

I’ve had my QX 60 serviced there for the last seven years. I had only dealt with the service department, which was excellent and very accommodating. I was looking for a new car, had several makes on the list. Ended up at Rickenbaugh working with Stanley. I really liked the 2025 QX60 and was very impressed with Stanley‘s knowledge of the vehicle. The BMW X1 is fun to drive. The sunroof is awesome. This is a nice small SUV that has plenty of trunk space. I would recommend buying this car
