I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

I am on my 3rd Beamer, my husband his first. I have always been impressed with BMW of Barrington. Not only are the cars the “ultimate driving machine” but the service is outstanding. Bob O, who I worked with from the service department was accommodating, responsive, and professional. The service technician did a great job. BMW of Barrington really knows how to make you feel special and go out of their way in how they work with their clientele.

Matt was a terrific help to me answering questions and easing the buying process. I ended up purchasing a terrific truck, low miles and every bit as new as driving off the Ford dealership lot. After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

I have always had my vehicle serviced at Roseville BMW since I purchased it a few years ago and have always been happy with the customer service, quality of repairs and fair cost for maintenance. Overall it has always been a great experience.

Was in and out within 2 hours! Amar was very open and transparent throughout the process and the finace guy was very helpful as I am a first time buyer.

Excellent service, Austin was helpful and available. Only negative; I’ve owned at least 30 cars, and it is the first time my car was returned unwashed. I think for the money spent, it should be part of every service.
