New and used 2025 BMW X1 for sale near Oak Ridge North, TX

I just purchased a BMW ixfrom the Woodlands dealership and couldn?t be happier. No stress, no haggling and didn?t get sold anything I didn?t want. I highly recommend doing business with these guys if you?re in the market for a BMW. I don?t really leave a bunch of reviews online but had to drop these guys a positive review for the easy laid back experience. Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

BMW THE WOODLANDS made a usually bittersweet experience completely the opposite. A patient, friendly, young seller ( Korbin Markly) had been following up for a week (email) and once we got there he helped us pick and drive as many cars as we needed ( wife and I each) for at least 90 Minutes. Once we sat down, him and colleagues helped us to find the exact ( 100%) car with color and right features we fell in love with. The ?custom X5? was run thru financial escenarios by Frank Castaneda, an experienced, pleasant and very respectful Sales Manager, who played his role quite well, exerting minimal pressure, providing ample Space and negotiating with us, at our pace. In less than 1 hr ( back and forth) we landed in a $ sweet spot for both. The last phase with James Minkel another driven, seasoned and very hands-on financial manager was one of the best we had ( here, they usually try to sell you something ?else?) and he was straight, extremely clear, patient and efficient with our time ( we were tired by then, so we needed that). Overall we spent 5-6 hrs at a very enjoyable pace in a pristine dealership . We checked every car, model and trim in the lot, asked as many questions as needed and in little we had our shinning new 2026 waiting for us. BMWs are not cheap and going thru the right dealership will make the difference. We love the car so far and already have experienced a couple of service experiences. For instance, Olivia Sanchez set an appointment with us to give the grand tour thru all the technological nuances of a car with a very serious computer. Her savvy was very apparent and she had the same attitude and demeanor of her colleagues. Do not go wrong. Pay a visit and hopefully get q similar experience.

My 2013 335i was in for the replacement of both of the front engine mounts. Our service agent Vianey handled making the appointment for an 8:00 a.m. drop off. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready in the mid-afternoon. The mechanic also checked a low beam light fault and replaced the light bulb. Viney was professional and courteous, communicating with me clearly on the status and condition of the work: Overall it was a very good experience and Vianey did an outstanding job managing the entire process!
