I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

Great service from Greg Jackson. Had my car serviced with state Inspection and since my car was still within warranty, only had to pay the state Inspection fee. Car was washed, too, and the gentleman who guided me into the garage was really kind and helpful. Thank you both!

Hi BMW Team, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with Ali at BMW of Rockville. Once again, Ali proved to be an outstanding representative, completely on top of things. My visit was initially for a nail in the tire, which was promptly taken care of with a replacement. Ali then recommended a full inspection, during which a water pump leak was detected. He immediately informed me of the situation, quickly arranged a loaner vehicle, and reassured me, as I was understandably concerned about the discovery. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years but this was my first Kia. We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. They worked with us each step & made sure we were happy customers. Our sales consultant Henry was so kind and made our experience a positive one. I’d recommend him to my family and friends anytime. The finance department (Ayham is who helped us) worked with us and it was a positive experience, which is not always the case. I’d highly recommend this dealership. Not pushy, they were up front, & willing to work with us for what we needed. We left with the vehicle we wanted & would return for a new vehicle in the future.
