I cannot say enough good things about my experience with BMW Carlsbad, and specifically with Tamara (Client Exe), Greg (Finance manager) and Jordan (Sales manager). In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel transactional, Tamara was a breath of fresh air. From our very first email exchange, she was incredibly responsive, transparent, and helpful. I had quite a few questions and she answered every single one with patience and detail. She made the entire process efficient and stress-free, handling so much of the legwork via email eliminating the need to even set foot in the dealership and shipped the car out of state where I live. Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.
