I love my Laurel BMW dealership. However, I cannot review the quality of repairs on this new car because I had a major complete shutdown of my system last Wednesday. This is why my brand new X7 was towed (after waiting over 2 hours for your SOS to get a tow truck to me - I was only 10 minutes from my dealer). Apparently my car needed a complete reprogramming of the computer system that runs my car. Seems to be fine now but leaves me feeling very unsure of the car and the intense amount of computerized systems in it. Not a secure feeling since this shutdown came with absolutely no warning. Very grateful I was not on the freeway.

Bought a very low mileage BMW 7 series recently from Perrillo. My salesman Rhoy was great! He was helpful and courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Mateen was open to questions, he provided clear answers and has kept a pleasant and cheerful demeanor throughout our transaction that we left happy and content. Highly recommend him.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

I am beyond greatful for the help of Anthony and Prestin . The consistent and willingness to help me hit the necessary qualifications I want in my car . How close of attention you both payed to my desires in the car I want . although I didn’t buy a car from you, i just want to say thank you for your services and honesty you guys made me feel like family and just for that I will come back!!!
