Used 2024 BMW X1 xDrive 28i for sale near North Laurel, MD

I recently purchased a 2025 Corvette Z06 at this dealership and I had a great experience! Jack, who was my salesman, helped me and went above and beyond throughout the whole process and made my buying experience great. He was so helpful, made sure I knew everything about my car and was always there to answer all of my questions. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he even personally drove the car I purchased all the way to my home in Virginia. Jack is AMAZING and I would come back just for him. Hamza was also extremely kind and helpful and very intelligent. He made sure I was informed about all finance aspects of the car and he made sure I made the right choice when purchasing my maintenance plan. He has always been so helpful and even to this day if I have any questions, he is always there to help me. Please promote these two employees because they are absolutely amazing and the stars of that dealership!

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

My visit was initially for a nail in the tire, which was promptly taken care of with a replacement. Ali then recommended a full inspection, during which a water pump leak was detected. He immediately informed me of the situation, quickly arranged a loaner vehicle, and reassured me, as I was understandably concerned about the discovery. With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. We worked most of the deal out over the phone and had minimal to do when we arrived to test the vehicle and sign paperwork. I read a lot of reviews mentioning Fred and I full heartedly stand behind everyone who has said he was amazing to work with. He helped make this a seamless and enjoyable process. Sean made my experience seamless! He provided me with transportation to and from the facility following a flat tire. Even though the service center was incredibly busy he fit me in and completed not only the tire change but an oil change and brake replacement.

I had a recall and was given a loaner car because one of the parts was not suitable for my car. The technician was able to locate it at another dealership, picked it up and worked late to finish the job, so that I had my own car back for the weekend. Thanks so much!!??
