We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Buena Park BMW went above and beyond for us. We got an excellent deal on the car and their service and attention to detail for us were exceptional. They spent ample time going over every button in the car and explaining to us how everything works. In addition, we were provided an 800 number to call if we had any additional questions which of course I did after driving the car a day or two. And that 800 service line was also so valuable. I haven?t had a BMW for 10 years. My husband and I knew we wanted a hybrid and we test drove every highbred in the luxury category. After a lot of research and test driving we settled on the BMW X5 hybrid. We are so happy with the car and how it drives and feels. We purchased an X5 plug-hybrid Fantastic car.
