New and used 2025 BMW i5 sedans for sale near Spring, TX

I had an excellent experience with buying my new X3 at BMW of North Houston. The salesperson (TJ) was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process both easy and enjoyable.

I drive past another BMW dealership to use North Houston. Better experience in both sales and service. I still wish service offered pick up/drop off from my location (like Sewell), but will be inconvenienced a bit to stick with BMW.

I have no suggestions on how to improve my buying experience. From start to finish it was tens across the board. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly connected me to Todd, whom I had spoken with on the phone a couple of hours earlier. Though I initially came looking for a different vehicle, the selection on the lot was impeccable and I ultimately ended up buying a Mercedes C 300. Todd, my salesman was the best!!! Not only was informative but he was also kind and patient. He allowed me to take my time and truly feel comfortable with the purchase. I never felt pressured or hurried. His attention to detail was impressive as well. He helped to compare my options which landed me in the car of my dreams. The finance team explained all of my options and helped me make a decision that was not only financially comfortable, but also financially sound. I wish I could give BMW Woodlands 10 stars!!!

The best car buying experience I’ve witnessed. Misty contacted me, set up my appointment and everything was smooth as silk. I had no plan to purchase right away but the moment I walked into the showroom I felt at ease. Of course the moment I opened the door to that X5 I was sold. There was no way I could say no!

Great experience. I was in and out within a couple hours. Asen was informed and pleasant salesman. There was very little sales practice. I would recommend the dealership and salesman to others.

The best BMW in Houston. Eduardo always helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely come.back and recommend this shop. Everyone in service was very good and customer service was top notch.
