Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. If you are looking for a car, this is the dealership you want to go to! I was originally looking for an Audi Q7 and decided to stop by Rusnak BMW just to see what they had. Ryan was so incredibly helpful and took so much time helping us find exactly what we wanted that I couldn’t be happier. We were so pleased we decided to buy one of the cars that he showed us and we love it! It’s a great dealership that genuinely cares about taking care of their customers and I highly recommend them!
