The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

Jose Albanil recently assisted me with purchasing a used 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Because it was a brand new trade in, the vehicle was not available to view in person. However, Jose found it within 15 minutes of my inquiry and sent me a detailed video. With the video and printout of the original purchase order with all options and equipment Jose provided, I was able to make an educated decision and put down a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle for purchase. Being a used vehicle, I requested a pre purchase inspection at an independent Land Rover mechanic. Jose was kind enough to coordinate transport of the vehicle to and from the mechanic so I didn’t have to take additional time off work. Jose promptly addressed my questions, which included extremely minor feedback from the pre purchase inspection and loan processing information for insurance purposes. Throughout the entire process of securing a deposit, inspections, financing, and detailing, Jose kept me informed to ensure everything went smoothly. There was complete transparency of the price of the vehicle with no surprises at the end. Jose delivered on all the commitments made. Coming from a background in sales, upper management, and customer relations, I know how to treat people and how I expect to be treated…and from my experience, so do the gentleman at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a car with seat massagers for months. Several salesmen wasted my time at various lots throughout Southern California telling me what I wanted to hear (having a car on the lot with that feature) but when asked to doublecheck before I drive out to test drive it, they suddenly were too busy to go look but continued to pressure me to come by anyway and/or I’d get down there and the car did NOT have that feature after all. Maddening! However, upon finding a car online at this dealership, Kevin doublechecked and even sent me proof with pictures. I drove out there (fingers crossed that the massage seats would live up to the hype) and was greeted by Pasha. He explained all of the cool features and we went for a test drive. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew the car and could answer all of my questions. I went home and told my husband about the experience and enlisted him to go back with me a few days later to check it out. He loved it as well. That is when I met Kevin in person because we had only corresponded through daily texts. Afterwards, we met with Neil to discuss numbers/payment etc. He could not have been more lovely. These guys were warm, honest, super friendly, and very professional. It paid off because I bought the Range Rover. If you are looking to buy a car, start here!!!
