Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Very fast and Dependable the only car I would get have had 3 so far I have had a 2005 bmw 325i then I sold that one I got my wife 2011 bmw 328i xdrive she loves it and I am driving a 2011 bmw 335i m sport

Great performance and easy to tune and mod. However, it is costly to maintain, even if you can turn a wrench; so be prepared to spend money for regular maintenance.

I have owned 11 BMW's over the years, from old e36s, to M3's, M5's, my 2011 335i M Sport is one of my favorite cars, the interior design language is excellent, the exterior is amazing too, it drives so much better than the new gen cars, the steering feels alive, and it handles awesome. Reliable as can be, the N55 sounds really nice as well when paired with the M performance exhaust. Gives you just enough fun and noise to enjoy your daily commute and enjoy on a winding back road.

I purchased this car as a one owner low mileage example from a franchise dealership with a 5 year warranty. I mention that because although my car was low mileage and I'm familiar with all the weakspots of this engine, many components failed earlier than expected. Replacement water pump and entire cooling system are some things that needed attention shortly after purchase. In terms of luxury appointments, it doesn't compare to my previous E60 5 series. It is best to consider it a high quality sport sedan instead of a luxury sedan. The performance, handling, and character of the engine and drivetrain make up for any shortcomings. When driving in a swift manner, everything comes together to create a thrilling drive that makes you appreciate the engineering work that has gone on under the skin.
