This is the third vehicle purchased here. The best car buying experience we have ever had. And Rose is the best .( sales). And the rouge has been one of our favorite vehicle.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

This car glides so smooth and is fantastic In the snow -better than any SUV I’ve ever driven. I’ll never buy anything else from someone else. He even threw in another key!

Oil change and tire rotation. Service was done with additional problem of nail in the tire. Service time was a little long but I appreciated the discovery and fix at a reasonable price.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

Great little car for zipping around town and curvy roads. The performance it delivers is outstanding and handling is like a slot car ...very tight. Shifting is smooth and impressive and love the audible exhaust sound...this car is FUN.

Took our '23 Audi in for its first AudiCare servicing. We had made an appointment and arrived on time, was greeted by our Service Advisor Ed Costa, who explained what would be done during our visit (oil change and complete examination of the vehicle. We were offered the use of a no-cost loaner car but decided we'd rather wait if possible. The Advisor ensured a technician was available to start on the car and after approximately an hour later, the car was ready to go. The waiting area had a large screen TV to watch, there were magazines available to read -- current issues of a variety of good publications, not like most waiting rooms! There was also fresh coffee, hot chocolate, tea available, and the restrooms are clean. When the car was ready, the Advisor went over the list of things that were done and checked. He and all the other employees we interfaced with were friendly, cordial and professional, something we really appreciate. We look forward to having all our service work done at Audi Middleburg Heights!

Worked with Ed Costa in Service and he was terrific! Rob, service technician gave a great overview, via video, of what he had done with my car and loved the video feature. Only negative was the woman who I scheduled service with didn’t have my appt listed when I confirmed the day before - but ended up being able to have my car serviced as intended

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

I had Derek as my salesman and he did a phenomenal job! He was very patient with me as my situation was a little more complicated. He never failed to reach out or to answer any questions I had! Jeremy was my finance manager, and he worked super hard to make sure I had the best deal I could have! He worked alongside with Derek to get me into the exact car I wanted with the payment I came in wanting. I left the dealership happy, and will definitely recommend Derek and Jeremy to all my friends and family!!

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

Cannot say enough about the quality and innovation of this dealership. The quality of their used cars is unmatched...I was blown away at the condition of every car in their inventory. Each one literally looked brand new inside and out. Dont judge this place by the appearance of the building. Once inside you will be blown away. The people, environment and display of vehicles are all impeccable. I was at dozens of dealerships the past 2 weeks and can honestly say Perfect Auto Collection was the only dealership that I felt was honest, innovative and made us feel special. I would recommend not going on a weekend because due to the nature of botique car shopping, their resources did get stretched thin on the saturday we bought our Porsche. We drove 4 hours each way to buy my car and we do not regret it....and I plan to do the drive again for my next car! Alex in finance is great to work with and very thorough and Mihail was incredible to work from a sales perspective.

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

It was worth the 10 hours total we drove to bring home an absolutely beautiful Porsche Panamera from this dealer. Mihai was fantastic to work with. Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

My husband and I were in the market for a used truck. I'll skip to the great part; We left the lot in a brand-new Ford F-150! Nathan was our salesman. He was phenomenal and had a great sense of humor. Even after he told us what the inventory was for used trucks, which was not within our parameters, we were still sitting there. This was because he was so personable, persistent in trying to get to know what our needs were and continued finding ways to help. He made us feel comfortable and as if we were in the right place. Then Patrick came over and greeted us. He added to what Nathan had already shown us. Patrick was hospitable, honest, and truly showed that he cared. They did not stop until everything was exactly where we wanted it. John finalized all of the paperwork, and he also continued on with full honesty. He had an affable persona and made the process very easy. We are happy to have encountered this dealership, as we are not from that area. We turned down other vehicles at different dealers because of the precedent of being purely genuine that Patrick, Nathan and John had already set. The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

This car is exactly what i wanted. sport and luxury. Good gas mileage and plenty of room. Never had any issues whatsoever. Good Car. Would recommend to anybody who might have any hesitation.

Bought this car in front wheel drive convertible option and with just 55,000 miles. Love the performance and it gets great gas mileage of about 30 on the highway and mid-20s around town. Bought it in 2019 and hopefully it lasts until 2029!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
