After 15 years of driving an SUV, I was ready for something small and sporty. Before making my purchase, I researched a number of contenders... It came down to a choice between the Audi TT and the Nissan 350Z. While the rear wheel drive of the Z might be great fun on the track, it did not suit my daily needs. I live in a place where snow and ice are present for half the year, so I ultimately decided on the Audi TT Quattro. So glad I chose the Audi - the all wheel drive handles superbly in the snow - even better than my old 4 wheel drive X-Terra!! The interior is high quality... leather seats, aluminum components, very nice. No cheap plastic here. Last, there is the reliability of German engineering. The TT is basically built on the VW Golf platform, and will run like a champ for many years to come. If you live in the snow, and want a sporty drive that handles well in any conditions - I highly recommend the Audi TT Quattro.

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!

My experience was 10/10. From the first time I called and spoke with Lorraine (salesperson), very knowledgeable and helpful. It was positive experience. Then when I was finally ready to purchase a used vehicle, Lorraine gave me the information I needed in regards of the car I was interested in. On a Monday I called and spoke with the Finance Department manager, Michelle, and again the experience was 10/10. Michelle answered all my questions. I love this car a lot. My best friend had this car when she moved from Houston, TX. I was shocked because I was the same age as she was, and I couldn't afford such a thing. So when she moved away to Calfiorna she gave it to me because there was a new sports car waiting for her in Cali. I thought I would just be the same old, lower-middle class woman, but thank the lord for such a nice car. This car I loved because of it's leather seats, it feels good. Though I hate it why I have to squeeze to get in and out. Personally for my friend, she was as skinny as a bean pole, she had no problem, but I'm not a skinny as she is. I also loved the XM satellite radio she put in, it is so fun to go everywhere and have a ton of radio stations. If you want to roll your windows down on a seneic route and drive fast, this is the car for you!

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.
