A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. It was a pleasure working with them. We will consider them 1st on our next purchase. We appreciate you Dart Motors!

My service advisor Anthony is knowledge and efficient, they gave me a loaner car for several days while waiting on a replacement for a damaged tire, I don?t think most dealers would give a loaner car while they are waiting to replace a tire.

My experience was 10/10. From the first time I called and spoke with Lorraine (salesperson), very knowledgeable and helpful. It was positive experience. Then when I was finally ready to purchase a used vehicle, Lorraine gave me the information I needed in regards of the car I was interested in. On a Monday I called and spoke with the Finance Department manager, Michelle, and again the experience was 10/10. Michelle answered all my questions. Once vehicle was ready for purchase, it was a smooth sailing. Vehicle ready, paperwork ready. I definitely recommend this dealership and its employees to make your dreams come true.
