I brought my car in for a service and a slight smell of coolant. Hamdaan the service writer was always helpful during the time the car was there, always updating me on progress with it. Also found me a loaner last minute whiten we didn?t expect the car to be there more than a few hours. Patryk Topor performed the work on my car it ended up needing a new water pump and few other things pertaining to the slight coolant smell. The work was performed in a timely manner once again. Patryk had worked on my car before when I brought it in and I will be requesting him to do the work on it again if ever needed, he takes great care in my car. I couldn?t have asked for better service from these two guys! Westmont Audi is lucky to have them working there!

We came from out of state with the intent of purchasing a specific Audi Q7 My husband spoke to Omar over the phone who was very helpful in answering his questions regarding the history of the Audi. We rented a car and traveled to Chicago, but Omar was off that day, so Pete O. was the salesman that Omar handed us off to. This gentleman knows his stuff! Pete was able to answer every question with regard to the Audi performance. Even though we already owned an Audi previously, we learned new tricks that this Audi can do. After our test drive, inspection and most of our questions answered, we started the paper process, which I dreaded. However, Pete made this as smooth as possible and again, answered our multitude of questions patiently. Pete also toggled our phones to the bluetooth in the car, this was very much appreciated so we could immediately utilize these services while driving back to our home state. Before our departure, I indicated that I was nervous following my hubby back in rush hour traffic to return the rental car. I was not used to driving in heavy, rush hour traffic He kindly showed me on the GPS the location of the rental company and recommended an area close by where I could park while my hubby returned the car. It was perfect! On the way home, we discovered there was no Audi Manual in the glove compartment, we were going to pick it up, but asked him to mail it to us instead. Thankfully, it was a good choice because we were able to outrun the tornadoes and get out of state safely. I recommend Pete for your Audi needs. By the way, he lives and breathes cars, and he really loves what he doing! It certainly shows!

My dad and I worked with Linden to purchase a used Audi Q5 as my first car. Linden was very patient and detailed as he explained pretty much everything I needed to know about buying a car and driving and maintaining my Audi. He was also incredibly patient with me as I was quite undecided. But he gave me my space and time to decide as I am the type of person that needs to internalize options before pulling the trigger. To my surprise, he did not push me to purchase same day which I appreciated as I don't like to be pressured; purchasing a car is a huge decision. He was also transparent in his interactions with me. We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! This is a very clean, aesthetically pleasing dealership. The display of the vehicles was very inviting. The staff was genuinely nice, not pushy, and very knowlegable. I bought car and it was very efficient and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

Our salesman, Dan was great to work with. He was patient with our needs and we had an overall pleasant experience. Nice selection of vehicles as well as a clean and organized dealership.
